If you want to build a little strength but have been intimidated by all of the equipment at the gym, let me be the first to tell you that it doesn't have to be that way.  Building strength, setting goals for cardiovascular health, or just basic functional movement is something that can and should be completely accessible to everyone, regardless of what stage of fitness, health, or life they are in.

I work with individuals of all levels, and I especially love to work with people who are, like me, working through a disability.

We can make a plan together.  I will help you set and achieve goals, no matter what they are and where you're starting from.  Let's talk.
