Variety is the Spice of Life!

1 hour

We incorporate optional light hand weights (1-3 lbs) to tone and tighten the bingo wing.  Tempo driven dance moves, sometimes we punch an imaginary adversary, but most of all we move and have fun.

This is the mix-tape version of the other classes.  We start with a little dance party to get the blood flowing, we move to some toning with optional light (1-3lb) weights, and then we finish with some barre-inspired lengthening and a full body stretch.


1 hour

1-10lb hand weights combined with body weight moves help us push, pull, press, and pulse our way through a strength based workout from head to toe.  No dancing in this class, unless you can't help yourself of course.
