CLASSES

Variety is the Spice of Life!

We have developed a range of classes, including personal training and private group fitness classes.  All levels and ages are welcome, all abilities are supported and encouraged!  Whether you prefer group or personal training, take a look at what we offer and sign up for a session today or contact KK for personal training details.

TONING

Tuesdays 7:00-7:50 PM

Like Dance Party, but this time we incorporate optional light hand weights (1-3 lbs) to tone and tighten the bingo wing.  Tempo driven dance moves, sometimes we punch an imaginary adversary, but most of all we move and have fun.

WELLNESS WEDNESDAY

Wednesdays 8:00-8:45 PM

Gentle restorative yoga.  Sometimes we incorporate props like a chair, or a pillow or blanket.  No balancing or flexibility is required but this is an all-levels class.  We work on our breath, and moving into the space we create with it.

DANCE PARTY

Thursdays 7:00-7:50 PM

We throw on some music, and we move together to easy-to-follow and master choreography.  Beat driven movement, some high intensity but modifiable movement.  You will have a smile on your face the whole time we promise.

FUSION FRIDAY

Most Fridays 6:00-6:50 PM

This is the mix-tape version of all the other classes.  We start with a little dance party to get the blood flowing, we move to some toning with optional light (1-3lb) weights, and then we finish with some barre-inspired lengthening and a full body stretch.

STRENGTH

Sundays 10:00-10:50 AM and 7:00-7:30 PM Wednesdays

1-5lb light handweights help us push, pull, press, and pulse our way through a strength based workout from head to toe.  No dancing in this class, unless you can't help yourself of course.

MONDAY MOTIVATION

Mondays 6:45-7:15 AM CST

A half hour of body weight strength, movement and flow to kickstart your week and get you ready to face anything.  Mat required.

SCULPT & STRENGTHEN

Saturdays 10:00-10:30 AM CST

In this class you’ll use your own body weight and low impact movements to build core strength and stability. It is a standing series; hand weights, soup cans or water bottles optional. Music inspired by the love of the dance floor. 🎶
