My love for health and fitness didn't start until I was well on my way in my professional career.  Now as I get a little older, health and fitness are becoming more and more important to me.  What started as a side-hustle while I practiced law has become my full-time gig.  Now that we are staying home a little more, offering virtual classes and personal training seemed like a logical transition.  My trainings and certifications are in group fitness, cycling, dance, practical modalities and personal training.  I’ve been working in fitness since 2007.  I am also a certified yoga teacher and health and wellness lifestyle coach and wellness counsellor. 

I am a person with a disability.  I love to work with individuals who are themselves facing obstacles finding movement that works for them.
